Two books, one balance
TwinBridge keeps products, stock, prices and orders in step between Shopify and eBay — then shows you, line by line, where the two still differ and what we did about it.

Figures marked are what eBay reported when we last read it. Nothing is written back until you settle the line yourself.
What's inside
Eight parts. For each one, what it does — and the reason it holds up when a catalogue gets large or a marketplace starts refusing things.
Everything you intend to send is laid out first, with the eBay category and item specifics already filled in from your Shopify data. You publish when you're ready — in bulk or item by item.
Why it holdsNothing reaches eBay without that action. Items missing a description or a required detail are held back and named individually, instead of being pushed and failing where you'd never look.
Stock, prices, titles, descriptions and item specifics stay in step in both directions, down to the individual variant.
Why it holdsEvery variant is matched by its own SKU, so a change to one size or colour can't land on another. A single variant selling out moves that variant's stock on eBay and nothing else.
eBay orders arrive in Shopify with buyer and shipping details attached. Fulfilment details you enter in Shopify are carried back to the eBay order.
Why it holdsAn order is only marked done once eBay confirms it. If a push is refused, the order stays visibly unfinished rather than quietly closed on our side.
A full read of your live eBay listings, compared field by field against Shopify, every night.
Why it holdsIt reads the marketplace rather than trusting our own records of what we sent. A full pass over a large catalogue is heavy work, so it runs nightly rather than firing on every change.
Every disagreement, listed with both values and three ways out: write your Shopify value to eBay, accept what eBay holds, or unlink the pair entirely.
Why it holdsNeither side wins automatically. Nothing is overwritten because an algorithm decided your data was newer — the decision is yours, per line.
Choose which of your Shopify locations count towards the quantity eBay sees. Warehouse only, or warehouse plus shops, or any combination.
Why it holdsChange the selection and every affected quantity is recalculated and re-sent, rather than drifting until the next full sync.
When something fails, you get an email that names the products, quotes the reason eBay gave, and links straight to the screen where it's fixed.
Why it holdsAlerts are grouped and de-duplicated, so one broken setting produces one email rather than four hundred. If syncing stops entirely, you hear about it — you don't have to go looking.
Your settings, links and sync history are backed up nightly, encrypted, off-site. The service is watched continuously, and we're alerted before you notice anything.
Why it holdsRestores are tested, not assumed. And the monitoring includes a check that raises the alarm if the monitoring itself goes quiet.
Why we build it this way
It breaks by reporting success for work that never reached the marketplace. A stock update that silently matched nothing. A listing that was never created. A title quietly overwritten. The seller finds out from a buyer.
So our rule is simple: never claim more than was observed. Where we can't confirm something, the screen says so — instead of showing a tick.
Pricing
| Plan | Per month | Products | Orders |

Orders are never metered, on any plan including the free one. You're billed on how big your catalogue is, not on how well it sells.
Early access
TwinBridge is being finished now, and we're taking on the first ten merchants before it reaches the Shopify App Store. They get it free for as long as they use it — and get their catalogue set up with them, not handed over with a link to the docs.
In return we ask for two things: a call whenever something breaks, and an honest review once it stops.
Write to support@twinbridge.ioSupport
Send a message from inside the app and the diagnostics come with it: your sync state, what's confirmed and what's stuck, and when it last worked. Nobody asks you to go and collect logs first.
Answers come from the people who built the thing you're asking about — not from a queue, and not from someone reading a script.
